Sanitation Crew Member
Job Overview:
At Premier Industrial Facility Solutions, Sanitation Crew Members play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ facilities are kept clean and safe. They are tasked with a variety of cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing a variety of cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and operating floor cleaning equipment.
- Collecting and disposing of waste in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operating recycling equipment to manage waste and support our commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Other duties as assigned by our on-site management team.
Training:
No prior experience? No problem. Our on-site management team provides comprehensive training to all new crew members to equip them with the skills needed to succeed in their role.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
