Job Overview:
As a Sanitation Supervisor at Premier Industrial Facility Solutions, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operational efficiency of our cleaning services. Your responsibility is to lead, guide, and support our sanitation crew members to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the sanitation crew members during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Training new team members and providing ongoing guidance to existing staff.
- Monitoring sanitation procedures and standards in compliance with company guidelines and third-party audit requirements.
- Addressing any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or hygiene promptly and effectively.
- Assisting with cleaning tasks as needed and ensuring the proper use of equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- Monitoring and managing inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Preparing reports related to staff performance, cleaning schedules, and incident occurrences.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in sanitation or a similar supervisory role preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sanitation best practices and safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
